Abstract

In the geophysical survey of RAS the method of statistical estimation of the level of seismicity SOUS’09 based on the distribution function of seismic energy is developed and gradually implemented.For expediting estimates a program that allows you to calculate the current level of seismicity for specified seismic catalog is developed. It is possible to build graphs nomogramms and temporal level of seismicity. The numeric values of the calculated results are stored in files which can be used for further processing.Currently, the program is used to provide status information about the weekly seismicity of Kamchatka in the Kamchatka branch of the Russian Expert Council on earthquake prediction, and to create the online processing of seismological data, determining the current level of seismicity.
