Abstract

The article considers the development of seismological observations on the territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. Creation of local seismic observation networks is a component part of complex geophysical observations in the region and it allows developing geologic-geophysical aspects of sustainable development of mountain territories; it also allows investigating strain-stress massif condition under anthropogenic impact and, finally, it allows investigating hazardous endogenous and exogenous processes and accompanied geological phenomena.
