Abstract

Comparative study of the nature of the mechanical response of the two materials - diamond and quartz on the impact of nanosized tip is performed with atomic-force microscope NTegra-Aura (NT-MDT). Relationships of nonlinear-inelastic soil effects appearing in the form of high-frequency seismic radiation in the near field zone, changes in vibrations spectrum area, elastic coefficient bimodularity and constant component of displacement field with medium structural features at the atomic level and the character of interatomic and intermolecular interaction are described.
