Abstract

Relevance. The development of a rational well completion technology, including the technological operations of drilling through productive formations, cementing of the casing string annulus, secondary drillingin and stimulation jobs is one of the crucial tasks for ensuring long-term operation of high-output oil wells. Integrating the stages of secondary opening and stimulation stages into a unified technological complex with the implementation of high-performance well perforation techniques allows to significantly improve the quality of productive formations development alongside manifold reduction of the time and costs of geological and engineering operations. Aim. The aim of this study is the optimization of oil wells completion by developing specialized explosion-proof bottomhole instrument and geophysical load-bearing cables, which include, in addition to conducting core, fibre-optic modules and a capillary tube. Methods. The technology suggests that after the reduction of the drilling mud level in the wellbore, special perforating fluid is injected into the productive formation to clean the near-wellbore area. Subsequent perforation under depression using a deep-well pump ensures the cleaning of the near-wellbore zone of the reservoir. The developed technology allows for longterm monitoring of well operation parameters using fiber-optic thermometry and deep-well instruments located above the blasting equipment. The need to use downhole instruments is due to the current lack of fiber-optic pressure and fluid composition sensors. Results. The developed technology allows for ongoing hydrodynamic reservoir testing during the operation of wells. The presence of a capillary tube enables the controlled delivery of perforation fluids based on surfactants to the secondary perforation interval. This helps to further clean the nearwellbore zone and increase the flow rate
